A few quick Library-related announcements-- Our last Crafternoon of the semester is coming up on Tues., Nov. 14 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Orange County Campus and Wed., Nov. 15 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at the Main Campus Library. Congrats to our raffle and drawing winners! The SNACK to School Virtual Scavenger Hunt winners were Abigail, Catherine, Melak, Arsheen, and Lila. Winners could choose between one of five snack and swag gift baskets--same swag, different baskets. Fall Fest drawing winners are Logan, Darnette, Valarie, Lydia, Rui, Sue, Leslie, and Elle. It may only be mid-May, but Durham Tech is getting ready to ramp up for Summer Session classes (starting May 23). The Library hours will be changing for the summer beginning Monday, May 16. Come see us at the Main Campus Library Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Need to use the Durham Tech Libraries next week? Well, our hours will temporarily change. The College will be closed Wednesday, November 24 through Sunday, November 28. No classes or events will be held. The Main Campus Library will be open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Monday and Tuesday, November 22 and 23. The Northern Durham Center Library will be closed. After a year of working from home, we're (mostly) back on campus and ready for a great Fall 2021 semester. We all have goals for the new semester, but our work-from-home coworkers/roommates are excited to be setting new benchmarks for their success.
