From lab technician to Student Communications or ITS help desk assistants, Durham Tech has a variety of work-study positions that can help you bring home experience and money. Work-Study positions typically are in specific areas or departments at the College and job duties vary.

ConnectFunds supports Durham County residents through on-campus work-study compensation up to an average of $2,000 per semester.

  • Reside in Durham County (preference is given to graduates of Durham County high schools)
  • Be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours during the fall and spring semesters (exceptions may be granted through an approval process for extenuating circumstances)
