Find Your Advisor
Select your student group below for more information about locating your advisor.
- Current Students
All students enrolled in a degree, diploma, or certificate program are assigned to a Program Advisor. You can find the name of your assigned academic advisor in Self-Service under Student Planning → Go to Plan & Schedule → Advising.
It is important to contact your advisor early for course planning and to have your advising hold lifted for registration. Advising holds are placed on student accounts in October for spring registration and March for summer and fall registration. If you do not have an assigned Program Advisor in Self-Service or they do not respond to your email communication within three (3) business days, you may request assistance through one of our service options.
- New and Visiting Students
Academic Advisors are ready to assist newly enrolled, readmitted, and visiting students. Walk-in advising assistance is available daily. Appointments can be scheduled online up to two weeks in advance and are available on a first come, first served basis. Select Advising Appointments below for additional appointment scheduling information.
