More than 18,000 residents of Durham and Orange counties and beyond came through Durham Tech's doors last year to retool for a new career, receive updated training for current employment, begin working toward an advanced degree, or pursue lifelong learning. The College is committed to preparing these productive, dynamic, and creative individuals with education and training that enriches their lives and increases their opportunities for economic mobility.

The Durham Tech Foundation pursues government and private grants to secure financial resources for the College. Grant dollars help ensure that Durham Tech students receive high-quality classroom instruction, opportunities to participate in enriching learning activities, and access to scholarships, stipends, and other sources of essential support. Grants also provide resources to support our faculty and staff in their work.

The ongoing support of numerous organizations and government grant programs makes our work possible. We are grateful for the generosity of the many grantors who have partnered with Durham Tech to lower barriers to education and promote student success.
