Courses

Plumbing- level II course content builds on Plumbing -level I. This course explores plumbing code, permitting, and math. Topics such as reading commercial drawings, Structural penetrations, insulation and fire stopping, as well as drain installation will be covered. Participants will work to build a personal tool bag, preparing all the right tools for the job. The course will include hands-on and troubleshooting experience on the Plumbing training modules in the lab. Prerequisite: Plumbing I or similar introduction to plumbing course at Durham Tech or another college or equivalent skill level as determined by instructor is necessary to take this course.
