Alternatively, any person may report sex discrimination, including Sex-Based Harassment (whether or not the person reporting is the person alleged to be the victim of the conduct that may constitute sex discrimination or Sex-Based Harassment), in person, by mail, by telephone, or by electronic mail, using the contact information listed for the Title IX Coordinator, or by any other means that results in the Title IX Coordinator receiving the person’s verbal or written report.

The College will make reasonable efforts to preserve the complainant’s and respondent’s privacy. Although all reports will be treated with sensitivity, when a report is made to college officials, the college may be required to act on those reports with external agencies.
