Apex Online Courses
If you are registered for an Apex Online course, you may access them at any time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Password reset: Contact your instructor. Be sure to include your name, the name of the class, and the number for the activity that needs to be reset.
Virtual Seated Courses
Virtual seated courses are teacher led and offered online at an assigned time through Canvas.

If you are logged into Canvas and require assistance contact Canvas Support.
If you are unable to log into Sakai, even after using the Reset password, email the helpdesk@durhamtech.edu during college business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.). If you provide your phone number, they can walk you through the issue. Otherwise, they will send a return email.
