Customer service representatives handle customer complaints, process orders, and provide information about an organization's products and services.
They listen to customers' questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses and may take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments.
Customer and client service challenges can be difficult no matter the level of the client. It doesn’t matter if the customer is buying an inexpensive product off of an e-commerce store or a high-value VIP account worth six figures or more per year, providing good customer service is vital, but often challenging.
The Customer Service Success program, offered through Continuing Education, focuses on the importance of customer relations in the business world. Emphasis is placed on learning how to respond to complex customer requirements and to efficiently handle stressful situations.
