The Main Campus Library has a colorful and engaging selection of children's picture books available. Borrow some to read with the special little ones in your life. We have a large, diverse collection of children's picture books to support our Early Childhood Education Program, student parents, and employees. Maurice Sendak, author and illustrator, died on May 8, 2012, in Danbury, CT, at the age of 83. Maurice Sendak received the Caldecott Medal in 1964 as the artist of the most distinguished American picture book for children.
