Walk-in advising is available for the following student groups:
- Returning visiting students;
- New visiting and program students who have already attended a ConnectSession;
- New visiting and program students who have completed 12 or more transferrable credits of college-level course work who choose not to attend a ConnectSession. All new students are strongly encouraged to participate in a ConnectSession.
Advisors will be available on a first-come, first-served walk-in basis in the Admissions and Enrollment Services Center, located in the Phail Wynn, Jr. Student Services building on Main Campus, room 1200, second floor, and at the Orange County Campus on the dates and times listed below. As a general rule, you should plan to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the close of the walk-in period. Once registration begins, wait times for walk-in advising may exceed two hours. Students who arrive after we have reached capacity for the day will be asked to return another day.
Depending on advisor availability and walk-in traffic, some wait time may be required. Advisors will continue to take walk-in students until the capacity for the day has been reached. Online Advising is also available to those who meet the requirements.
The last day for walk-in advising for Spring Semester 2015 is Tuesday, January 6. January 7 and January 8 is late advising.
