This complaint procedure applies to general complaints, including but not limited to those resulting from interactions or communications with specific students, employees, offices, departments, or affiliates.
- The procedure is not to be used in lieu of Student Grievance , Student Code of Conduct , or Sexual Misconduct procedures. Complaints that would most appropriately be classified as grievances, code of conduct violations, or sexual misconduct must follow the corresponding established procedures.
- This Complaint Form should NOT be used to report emergency situations that require immediate response or action. If you require emergency assistance or your complaint involves any behavior of a threatening nature and you have a safety concern, please immediately contact Campus Police at 919-536-7200, x5555.
- Students who need assistance with completing the form are encouraged to meet with Counseling Services staff. Students who need accommodations to complete and submit the form should contact Accessibility Services staff in the Counseling, Accessibility, and Resources office.
