New Faculty Orientation
Before the start of the fall and spring semesters, the Teaching-Learning
Center facilitates at least one New Faculty Orientation for new
full-time, continuing part-time, and part-time faculty.
The next New Faculty Orientation is scheduled for Friday,
January 4 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Contact
your program director or the TLC for more information and to register to participate.
Participants in the New Faculty Orientation learn
- instructional resources available to DTCC faculty,
- new strategies for teaching adult learners, and
- effective techniques in syllabus and course planning at DTCC.
