Bio Careers is a pre-Biotechnology training course and introduces students to opportunities in the Biotechnology industry. The 104-credit hour course combines basic math and science training to strengthen and improve students’ skills, along with a focus on career readiness and technical skills development. Computer literacy, teamwork, time management, problem solving, and situational applications are incorporated in the course.

Yes, the offers approximately 20 hours of math, chemistry, and biology in a lab setting. Lab time helps you become familiar with a lab environment and lab equipment.

Bio Careers is FREE for qualified participants** or $69 if you are not a qualified participant. A $5 materials fee is required from all students, regardless of qualification.

4. Working and earn wages at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty guidelines.
