Information Systems Security offers a wide range of instruction including
networking technologies, security administration, information policy,
operating systems administration, intrusion detection, and securing
communications. This curriculum provides individuals with the skills
required to implement effective and comprehensive information security
controls.
Graduates should be prepared for employment as security administrators
or network security administrators.
Students may complete an Associate in Applied Science degree in Information
Systems Security with 75 credit hours by following a five-semester full-time
plan or a seven-semester part-time plan.
