Durham Technical Community College in cooperation with Flexstudy.com and the American Management Association (AMA), is offering the following Certificate Programs:

The courses are the same as available through the American Management Association Communications (AMACOM) Self-Study program and are world recognized for their ability to meet training and development needs.

Fine-tune your present skills, learn new ones, and enrich your career with a flexible learning plan that fits your schedule, strengths, budget, and career goals. The courses generate Continuing Education Units (CEU) with AMA recognition. Depending on the selected certificate program, you can earn your Durham Tech and AMA certificates in six months and only five courses!

Courseware is delivered online, providing for private, self-paced, individualized study as well as learning and self-evaluation through in-text exercises. Paralleling a business school course-of-study, the curriculum provides practical information for working professionals who, on their own time and at their own pace, want to continue their education.

Courses begin monthly on the third Thursday and last for eight weeks. You have the flexibility of registering for one course at a time.
