Adult High School Diploma

graduationStudents enrolled in Durham Tech’s Gateway to College Adult High School Diploma program are required to complete 22 units of credit, which include four electives. An official transcript will be reviewed to determine which units completed in high school satisfactorily qualify for transfer into the AHSD program. While most courses in the AHSD program are taught in a traditional setting, some courses are offered online. Regular class participation is required for this program.

Main Campus: All classes are held at the Nathaniel B. White Building.

Registration for AHSD courses is held in the Nathaniel B. White Building, room 8. Late entry into traditional courses is not permitted. Students must be admitted within the first two days of the course in order to earn course credit. To qualify for admission into the AHSD program, applicants must demonstrate high school level skills on the placement test.
