The Program Team is focused on creating an inventory of programs at the college. Program team members will interview selected faculty and staff to assess the following:

Who is served by this program/initiative?
How does this program/initiative work?
What is the intended outcome or goal of this program/initiative? Is the goal measurable? How?
Does data exist about participation/success in this program/initiative?
