Why don’t I have an advisor listed?
There are several reasons why an academic advisor may not be listed on your profile.
  • New degree, diploma, or certificate program students will meet with an academic advisor after attending a ConnectSession. After you complete your admissions requirements, attend a ConnectSession and enroll in classes, you will be connected with your permanent assigned advisor and that information will be posted on My Profile in your WebAdvisor account.
  • New degree, diploma, or certificate program students who are exempt from ConnectSessions will meet with an academic advisor in the Advising Center. After you complete your admissions requirements and enroll in classes, you will be connected with your permanent assigned advisor and that information will be posted on My Profile in your WebAdvisor account.
  • Visiting students will not have an advisor listed. Visiting students will meet with an academic advisor in the Advising Center or via online advising.

Advisor information will be posted on My Profile 6 – 8 weeks after the beginning of the semester.

If you have additional questions, visit Admissions and Enrollment Services in the Phail Wynn, Jr. Student Services Center, room 1200.
